Raised in Hermon, Maine, Alayna is new to Axon and the "big city" of Portland. She’s not new to new media, however, with experience in both web design and programming; as she says, she’s always up for learning new technologies! Having completed two web development internships during her college years, her final capstone was an online, dynamic timeline site based on her love of scrapbooking. A music minor in college, Alayna plays trombone, flute, and piano; she also enjoys working out and lifting, and participates in a triathlon every summer with her sister. |

Information technology comes naturally to Wes Brown, a self-starter and logical thinker. Wes pursued his interest in programming his first year at the University of Southern Maine, where he took courses in Java, object oriented programming, electrical engineering and digital logic. Taking a hiatus to see how IT can be used in practice and not purely theory, he extended his knowledge into OO PHP and Linux sysadmin. Wes is keeping up on Java, and he is always on the lookout for good tools to get the job done well. |
