The business relationship with our clients is as important as the creative. We have several procedures and an online account management system to make working with Axon easy and efficient. We have included in this proposal several of the forms and invoices we use to create a transparent and positive working environment.

Estimates for every project.

Clients sign off on an estimate for every project. If the project is going over the estimated amount a change order is generated.

Our published agency rate is $100 per hour for creative, design and web design and development, photography and copy writing. $80 per hour for administrative and production tasks. However, as mentioned, we do an estimate that is approved by the client for each project prior to the commencement of the project.

Schedules, briefs, and reports.

Axon uses software specifically designed for tracking job costs, job time, generating schedules, print specification sheets, billing, and job cost accounting. At any time in the relationship we can produce detailed invoices, job time sheets, job cost reports or almost any other client or job report needed.

Client Communication

We generate a weekly update for on-going projects via e-mail and will create a distribution list as needed for the updates. In addition to e-mail updates, Axon uses an online account management tool. Using Adobe PDF technology files, we can create and post proofs online. Various commissioners, staff and stakeholders can review the work and post their comments. The client can even sign off on the final proof using the internet. This tool is especially effective for working with groups that may not be centrally located.
